The two steering consoles together with a middle door offer a sheltered stern area suited for up to five adults. The aft is equipped with two separate offshore seats and a wide stern bench, all well sheltered from wind and water splashes. The consoles have good storage spaces and a place for a chartplotter, as well as a 12 V outlet and two lockable glove compartments. A box for anchor and/or mooring lines an a vast storage space can be found in the bow. The bow can also be fitted with a big sunbed, for which infill boards and an extra mattress are needed. The stern has two rope boxes and a large storage space underneath the stern bench. All the storage compartments except the anchor boxes are lockable.
The 480 Sport's hull is made with Terhi’s signature three layer structure with ABS plastic. The unique con-struction of Terhi boats guarantee besides unsinkability, also quiet rides even in rough weather. The space in between the thermo-formed ABS-plastic hull and deck section is filled with non-water-absor-bent polyurethane foam. The result is a solid and stiff sandwich construction, which is easy to maintain and quiet in use.
The novelty is ideal for water sports, transportation, leisure rides in the archipelago together with family and friends and as an access boat, but due to its versatility it is also a great companion for fishing.
